The biggest things for me (in contrast to other systems I've used) are how clean and easy to use the back end is for building shows, and most of all the outstanding support.

Ticketsolve are a fantastic company to work with and have been our ticketing and box office partner for many years. The system is very intuitive, no matter whether you’re a staff member in the back office or a customer booking online. The system is regularly updated with new features, many of which come through the Ticketsolve team listening and understanding the needs of the partner venues and organisations who use the system. The Team at Ticketsolve are super friendly and brilliant to work with! They really get to know each organisation they work with to understand their goals and ambitions to ensure everyone is getting the most out of the system and everyone can reach their potential, no matter how unique that might be!

With Ticketsolve, we’ve found a system that truly supports the way we work. Moving away from our previous platform opened up a new level of functionality, from mobile access to intuitive reporting. The difference has been night and day. Ticketsolve’s team not only delivered a smooth transition but continue to support us with the same enthusiasm and care they showed from day one.

At De Montfort Hall, we were looking for a ticketing system that could meet the needs of a local authority venue while giving us the flexibility to grow. Ticketsolve stood out from the beginning, their expertise, commitment, and ability to move quickly through G-Cloud made the transition seamless. The platform has allowed us to streamline operations, gain clearer insights, and continue delivering exceptional experiences to our audiences.

We don't even really notice that [Ticketsolve Protect] is in place, which I think is quite a good thing. It doesn't cause us any issues at all, it's just running in the background doing its thing.
