2007

The Spark

Born out of frustration (and a pint or two)
Ticketsolve began with a simple idea: ticketing for arts organisations could be better. Built by people who actually worked in the sector, we set out to create something practical, human, and genuinely useful.

2008

First Partnerships

Built alongside our customers
An exciting period of growth sees new customers joining the Ticketsolve community. With them come deeper collaborations, driving the continued expansion of our platform.

2011

From Tool to Platform

A dedicated customer success function is launched and our presence across the UK and Ireland grows, deepening our commitment to long-term collaboration. As more venues came on board, Ticketsolve evolved beyond basic ticketing. We introduced core functionality around reporting, marketing integrations, memberships, and front-of-house tools, turning Ticketsolve into a system venues could run their business on.

2017

TEN! 

A decade of trust
Reaching 10 years was a big moment. It marked a decade of long-term partnerships, continuous improvement, and proof that a customer-first approach really works.

2020

Rebuilding for the Future

The new Ticketsolve
During a period of huge disruption for the arts, we took the opportunity to rethink and rebuild. The result was a modern, cloud-native platform designed to move faster, scale better, and support the next generation of venues.

A Platform That Never Stands Still

Built for what’s next
Today, Ticketsolve is a unified platform spanning ticketing, payments, fundraising, marketing, productivity, and insights with tools like Event Hub, Ticketsolve Pay, Ticketsolve Protect, and Projects helping organisations grow revenue and deepen audience relationships.

2026

The Live Experience Platform

In 2026, Ticketsolve fully evolves into a Live Experience Platform, connecting everything from booking to arrival, interval, and beyond. With communications, payments, data, fundraising, and customer insight working seamlessly together, venues can own the entire audience journey, not just the transaction.
