Excellent customer service, user friendly app. Ticketsolve is open to suggestions on ideas to enhance their functionality from industry professionals who use the software everyday.
The biggest things for me (in contrast to other systems I've used) are how clean and easy to use the back end is for building shows, and most of all the outstanding support.


Staff are a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and friendly. System is easy to use and for training new staff. It is also constantly updating to the needs of its clients.


It is a really good system and can do so much. We get a lot of information, support and training from the team and they are always innovating based on feedback and trends.


The systems are effective, robust, and easy to learn, and there’s lots of support with training as well, which is fantastic. It’s also really well set up to empower marketing departments to easily research customer behaviour and segment audiences for more effective outreach and targeted marketing of all kinds.

Staff are a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and friendly. System is easy to use and for training new staff. It is also constantly updating to the needs of its clients.

The system is really easy to use, the staff are all so lovely and quick to get back with any issues you are having, the Zendesk is really helpful too.
