Initial Kick-Start Meeting

In the kick-off meeting, we’ll cover all aspects of the project, meet your key team members, and discuss details about you and the project. Sharing as much information as possible during this meeting will help ensure a smooth onboarding process by identifying potential challenges early on.It’s also a great chance to put faces to names and start building a strong working partnership. We recommend nominating a project leader as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding process. We’ll also use this opportunity to discuss your broader organisational objectives, the challenges you’re facing, and how we can help you achieve your goals. This information will be shared with our Customer Success team to help them prepare for supporting you after Go Live.

Basecamp: How We Track Progress

In addition to regular status meetings, we use Basecamp to manage and track all project activity. It’s simple to use and keeps everything organised, centralising communication, milestones, and tasks. If you have any questions, we’re just a click away. Here are the key components of your Basecamp project:

Project Elements

This serves as a checklist of key items needed for Go Live. The Project Elements board tracks the progress of each item, allowing us to communicate directly on specific element cards to keep discussions focused and organised.

Meeting Notes

After each catch up meeting your Ticketsolve Onboarding Project Manager will type up important action points from the meeting so nothing gets forgotten.

Docs & Files

Examples of what your customer emails, tickets and documents might look like.

Message board

For ad hoc announcements unrelated to any specific card in Project Elements.

Schedule

We’ll create a project timeline to meet your Go Live date, scheduling data migration, training, and key milestones. Your project manager will monitor progress weekly and flag any delays. We account for external dependencies (e.g., merchant services) by building in buffers to ensure flexibility if things don’t go as planned.

Payments with Ticketsolve Pay

Ticketsolve Pay is your all-in-one comprehensive solution for managing payments within the Ticketsolve system. Our secure, customer-focused payment solution, seamlessly integrated with Ticketsolve, acts as your Payment Service Provider (PSP), Payment Gateway and Merchant Bank. You’ll only need one provider, and one contract to guarantee a smooth experience for you and your customers.
