Making your Ticketsolve system live!
Probably the most exciting part of the onboarding process, Go Live! As you guessed it this is when you go live with the system. All of our project milestones would have been completed by this stage and you’ll be in good shape for Go Live, however there are one or two other tasks that need to be carried out which include final data migration and website integration.
If migrating your live data, we’ll do the final migration after your legacy system is taken off sale. Live and historical delta sales will be quickly transferred to your Ticketsolve account for thorough checking. With prior preparation during historical sales migration, we’re confident the data will transfer smoothly. Once complete, all information will be ready in your live account for review by you and your Onboarding representative.
Once you’re satisfied with the migrated sales, simply have your web developer make the website live, and you can start selling on Ticketsolve!
