Ongoing Support

We provide 24/7 support at no extra cost, accessible via phone, email, or through our Help Centre. Over the past year, our Help Desk has achieved a 99% customer satisfaction rating, with an average first response time of just 22 minutes.

After Go Live, we’ll arrange a meeting with your Onboarding representative and a Support team member to guide you through accessing resources and support. Our Help Centre offers thousands of how-to articles, and our monthly “Academy” webinars showcase new features and explore underused system tools.

Customer Success

Customer Success is a key support service for the Ticketsolve community, designed to help you maximise the system’s potential. While Support is reactive, resolving immediate challenges, Customer Success takes a proactive approach to drive long-term results and sustainability.

Our goal is to empower you to use data effectively for informed and creative decision-making. Through data analysis and insights, we provide tools to help you unlock the power of your data. The team also identifies underused features and new integrations to enhance system usage and strengthen our partnership with your organisation.

Billing

Once you are live with Ticketsolve, our Accounts department will be in touch to collect information for billing purposes. Billing is done once a month at the start of the calendar month for the previous month. Invoices are normally issued in the first 2-4 working days of the month.
