Key Training Sessions

We believe Ticketsolve is intuitive and easy to use. To help you get familiar, we’ll provide logins before training so you can explore the system. Our training sessions aim to not only teach Ticketsolve but also empower your team and build excitement for the opportunities ahead! Our Onboarding training sessions are normally split into three sessions which we believe best provides foundational knowledge of the system which we can then build on with ongoing further training throughout your partnership with us. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes and consists of:

Event Setup Training
This covers the basics of how to create your venue, pricing schemes, show page and events.
Box Office Training
This covers the basics of how to sell an unassigned or assigned ticket as well as other day-to-day actions in the box office such as making exchanges, refunds and reservation.
Introduction to Reporting Training
This covers how to run and download any of our 51 hard coded reports, how to create a subscription to a report, Your Reports (a feature in Ticketsolve) and the Sales Dashboard.

Training is typically conducted in small groups (7-10 people) in a classroom format. We recommend participants bring laptops to follow along and get hands-on experience. Sessions include a workshop component and time for questions.

Onsite or Online Sessions

We always give you the options of online training sessions or an onsite training day at your venue.

It is completely up to you which would work better for your organisation. Online sessions are more flexible and can be done on different days whereas it might be that an in-person training day provides for better focus and understanding. Online sessions will most likely be with your Onboarding representative whereas onsite training might be with a member of our dedicated Support team.

We also offer on-demand training modules for you entire team to access as and when you need to.

Follow Up Training

We don’t cover everything in the pre-go live phase to keep training relevant and useful. After using the system for a few weeks or months, you may have questions or need refresher training. This can be done remotely via screenshare or on-site, depending on your needs and experience since go-live.
