Ticketsolve Summer Workshops 2026

Connect, learn, and shape what's next.
This summer, the Ticketsolve team is back on the road, bringing our regional workshops to venues across the UK and Ireland.

These free, in-person sessions are designed to bring our community together:  to share knowledge, swap ideas, and make the most of everything Ticketsolve has to offer. Whether you're new to the platform or have been with us for years, there's something here for everyone.

Join us and you'll get:

  • Live demonstrations and hands-on tips to help you get even more from Ticketsolve
  • Insight into industry best practices from across the live experience sector
  • A first look at what's coming next on our product roadmap
  • The chance to connect with fellow users who understand the challenges and rewards of what you do
  • Chat to our Support and Customer Success teams: the people who know your organisation best
  • A relaxed, welcoming space to learn, connect, and help shape the future of Ticketsolve together.

We'd love to see you there.

Ticketsolve Workshop FAQs

FAQs

Ticketsolve Workshops cover a range of topics, including system demos and tips & tricks, presentations on industry-wide topics to help you grow your organisation, and a look at Ticketsolve's future product roadmap. The workshops contain content for both basic and more advanced Ticketsolve users, across a range of areas such as Box Office, marketing, and fundraising.

Keep an eye out for our 2026 agenda which will be announced soon!

Ticketsolve workshops are totally free to attend, and we'll be providing lunch. All you will need to cover is the cost of your travel to the workshop location.

You're welcome to bring other Ticketsolve users from your organisation – just note that some venues have limited capacity, so we recommend booking early to secure your spots. We ask that if you book a spot and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can open it up to someone else!

(We'll also be hosting an online workshop in August if you can't make it in person.)

We'd love to hear any ideas and suggestions you have for workshop content! Please drop us an email at workshops@ticketsolve.com.

We'll be hosting an online workshop if you can't make it in person! This will be a little more condensed than our live sessions but will capture all the highlights.

Just yourselves, and a notebook or laptop if you want to take notes! We'll provide merch, lunch, snacks, teas and coffees.

Workshops kick off at 10:30, but everyone is welcome to arrive at the venue any time from 10:00 to grab a drink and say hello! The workshops finish at 15:30, but we'll be around a little longer if you want to stay on to ask questions.

Quotes from workshop attendees: "Really excellent mix of presentations, I enjoyed the content and I loved the idea of having a debate. It provided a great opportunity to swap real world experience and findings." "I enjoyed getting to meet other individuals in similar roles across different arts centres, it was a bit like a cultural exchange and seeing how they operated was very interesting."
