New Help Centre - Academy

In this Academy session, we walked through the brand-new Ticketsolve Help Centre. The new Help Centre features a more intuitive and user-friendly design, making it easier for you to find the answers you're looking for.
The key improvements we've made include:
- A redesigned homepage, improved navigation and help article categorisation.
- Easy to read articles that provide step-by-step instructions and helpful tips to address common issues.
- Easy access to resources such as case studies, whitepapers, and upcoming events.
- Introduction to Ticketsolve video training module for new starters at your organisation.
In this session, we covered:
- Why we redesigned the Help Centre.
- A demo of all of the features within the new Help Centre.
- Future work and plans for improving the Help Centre and support service we offer.
